CENTRAL WARWICKSHIRE YOUTH FOOTBALL LEAGUE

CLUB / TEAM APPLICATION FORM 2026/27
Important Information
This application form is for the Central Warwickshire Youth Football League (CWYFL) only.
It must not be used for the Central Warwickshire Girls League.
Please ensure you are completing the correct form before proceeding.

Mandatory Requirements

All clubs must meet the following criteria to be accepted into the league:

• Affiliation — Clubs must be affiliated to a County FA within 25 miles of B92 9LN, or affiliated to Birmingham FA, Staffordshire FA, or Worcestershire FA.
• Club Secretary — Every club must have a named Club Secretary.
• Club Welfare Officer — Must hold:
  • FA Enhanced DBS
  • Safeguarding Children Workshop
  • Welfare Officers Workshop
• Team Managers — Each team must have a manager with a valid CRC/DBS.
• Insurance — Clubs must hold £10,000,000 public liability insurance.

Application Deadlines

• Competitive Teams (U12–U18) — Entries close from July (may close earlier depending on numbers).
• Non‑Competitive Teams (U7–U11) — Entries accepted until end of November.

Standard Fees

• £105 per team for the 2026/27 season.

New Club Additional Fees
(Only applies to clubs joining CWYFL for the first time)

• £100 Club Deposit — Refundable when leaving the league, provided fixtures and league rules were fulfilled.
• £20 Administration Fee — Non‑refundable.

Early Payment Discount

• £10 per team discount if full payment is received before 31st May.

Payment Notes

• League fees and the new club administration fee are non‑refundable.
• An itemised invoice will be issued once your application has been processed.
